What this site is

Telehealth Ratings publishes consumer reviews and basic public information about US telehealth companies. We are independent. No company pays to be listed, to rank higher, or to have a review taken down.

Rules for posting a review

• Write only about care you received yourself.
• One review per provider, per person.
• Be honest. Do not post anything you know to be false.
• No abuse, threats, slurs, spam, marketing, or links to other commercial sites. No naming of individual clinicians or staff.
• Do not post other people's private information, and do not post your own medical records.
• Do not accept payment or free product in exchange for a review.

We may edit reviews for spelling or length, refuse them, or remove them if they break these rules. We do not remove reviews simply because a company dislikes them.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review you give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute it on this site and in material about this site. You confirm the review is your own experience and your own words.

Accuracy and third-party companies

Prices, features, and company details change often and may be out of date. Reviews are personal opinions, not statements of fact by us. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any provider listed, and we are not responsible for anything that happens between you and a provider.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any decision you make based on content here.

Intellectual property

The site design, text we write, and our name and logo belong to us. Company names and logos mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Corrections and complaints

If you believe something on this site is factually wrong, or that a review is not genuine, write to hello@telehealthratings.net or use the report link on the review itself. We look at every report.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
